Once you have placed your order and completed the payment on our website, you should promptly receive an order confirmation email in your registered email id. If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us (WhatsApp /Phone / Email) and let us know that you haven’t received the order confirmation.
Additionally, you will receive an Order Processing email once your product is being prepared for shipment. Following this, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing the tracking number for your convenience.
It is crucial to ensure that you receive all the aforementioned emails in sequence within a few days of placing your order. If, for any reason, you miss any of these communications, please inform us promptly so we can assist you and make sure the order is in process.

We send you email updates at each stage of your order until it is shipped as mentioned above. It is your responsibility to regularly check your email for these updates. Once the order is shipped, we provide you with the tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order in real-time on the logistics partner’s website until it’s delivered to you. If you face any problem in tracking the shipment, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.
After the delivery is marked as completed, any issues or disputes will be handled by us for a period of 3 days from the delivery date indicated in the tracking sheet. We won’t be able to address any disputes beyond this timeframe as per our logistics partners’ policies as they do not accept claims beyond this point. After 3 days of delivery, we absolve ourselves from any customer claims.
We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive damaged and open packs, please do not accept them and make photographic/video evidence of the same and share with us.
Occasionally, we see that customers provide us with a wrong shipping address and contact number, which will make the shipment undeliverable. In such cases, this will be returned to us by our courier partner after attempting the delivery. We reserve the right to be not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer and indemnify the Company against any liability to fulfill this order again. We will, however, try to contact you and get the correct address and reship it once we get the returned delivery back in our warehouse. However, in such cases, the re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer. Or if the customer doesn’t opt for reshipping, the refund will be initiated after deducting the initial shipping charges in actuals.
Unavailability of Customer:
In the event that the product is returned due to the customer’s unavailability to accept the order or receive it after multiple delivery attempts by our delivery partner, the total shipping costs incurred for both the initial dispatch and the return of the product shall be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
Definition of Customer Unavailability:
For the purpose of our refund and shipping policy, a customer is deemed "unavailable" to accept an order if, in the judgment of our delivery partner, they cannot successfully complete the delivery due to circumstances attributable to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:
- Contact Failure:
- Providing an incorrect, inactive, or disconnected telephone number.
- Consistently not answering phone calls or responding to messages (SMS/WhatsApp) from the delivery agent to coordinate delivery.
- Providing a phone number that is switched off or out of network coverage for an extended period during delivery attempts.
- Address Issues:
- Providing an incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous delivery address.
- Providing an address that is non-existent or cannot be located.
- Providing a P.O. Box or an address where courier delivery is not permitted or practical (e.g., certain restricted areas, military zones).
- The address being closed, inaccessible, or having security restrictions that prevent the delivery agent from reaching the delivery point.
- Absence & Receival Failure:
- No person being present at the delivery address to accept the package during the attempted delivery windows.
- Refusal by the person present at the address to accept the package on the customer's behalf.
- Failure to collect the package from a designated pick-up point or courier station within the stipulated time frame after a failed delivery attempt notice.
- Access & Safety Issues:
- Failure to provide necessary access codes, gate instructions, or building entry permissions required for delivery.
- Aggressive or unsafe behavior towards the delivery agent, preventing the completion of delivery.
- Documentation/Authorization Issues:
- Failure to provide required identification or documentation for proof of delivery where necessary (e.g., for age-restricted items, high-value goods).
- Failure to arrange for an authorized representative to accept the delivery if the customer is unavailable.
Policy Application:
When one or more of the above conditions result in multiple failed delivery attempts and the eventual return of the product to us, the total shipping costs for both the initial dispatch and the return shipment will be deducted from the customer's refund. The remainder of the order value (product cost minus total shipping fees) will be refunded through the original method of payment.
Recommendation: To ensure smooth delivery, we strongly advise customers to ensure their contact information and delivery address are accurate and complete, and to be available to coordinate with the delivery agent during the expected delivery period.
Orders will be ideally delivered within 7 – 8 working days from the day of shipping. The tentative delivery date under ideal conditions will be displayed on the checkout screen. This is for indicative purposes only. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping destination. To track your order, use the tracking ID which is sent to you via email. Or you may also go to totalpowertools.in website. Click My Account tab. Now click the Track Orders section. You will be redirected to the corresponding courier service provider’s link where you can use the tracking id and track your order. Tracking details will also be available in the dispatch confirmation email.
The delivery days confirmed within the timeframe are contingent upon smooth and normal shipping processes with our third-party service providers. Any delays, missing shipments, incorrect deliveries, or any other errors caused by these third-party services that result in delays can be addressed only after we receive a resolution from their end.
In the event of such delays, customers will be informed, and relevant proof of communication with the courier service /any other related party service provider’s support team will be provided to the customer as proof of the ongoing case. Customers affected by such delays are required to await resolution until we receive a resolution from the service provider.
Any delays caused by third-party service providers are beyond our control, and we will make every effort to ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the respective courier services. However, we do not commit to any time frame for the resolution as we are dependent on their support systems.
Where We Ship
We only ship within India and cannot deliver to Indian PIN codes outside our courier partner's serviceable areas. If your location is not covered, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Products once shipped cannot be cancelled. The cancellation will be only possible after we receive the products back in our warehouse after a return is initiated by the customer (please read the return policies). The shipping charges in actuals for these types of cancellations will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Acceptance & Shipping Discretion
All orders placed on TotalPowerTools.in are subject to product availability and our acceptance. While we strive to fulfill every order successfully, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order—even after payment confirmation—due to reasons including but not limited to:*
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect prices due to system glitches or technical issues).
- Unavailability of stock.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of our terms.
- Inaccuracies in product descriptions or technical specifications.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was collected). TotalPowerTools.in shall not be liable for any additional compensation beyond the refund of the order amount.
